• What we collect: your identity, contact details, delivery address, dates of stay, and the measurements needed to set your ski bindings — height, weight, boot size and ability level.
• Why: to prepare your equipment, perform and invoice the rental, provide after-sales service, and meet our accounting obligations.
• Who with: Stripe for payment processing, our hosting provider, our email delivery service, our accountant, and Google for analytics and advertising measurement — the latter only after you have given consent.
• How long: 3 years after your most recent rental for the customer record, 10 years for accounting records, 13 months for browsing data.
• Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through our website.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our providers belong to groups established in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Right of cancellation

Consumer mediation

Under Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute, after having first attempted to resolve it directly with us by written complaint.

Consumers resident in another EU member state may seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre France (europe-consommateurs.eu) for a cross-border dispute.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice and the contractual relations arising from it are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules which may allow a consumer resident in another country to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.

We take great care over the accuracy of the information published here: equipment descriptions, ranges, prices, resort opening dates and delivery conditions. This information may change and is provided for guidance only. Only the information shown on your booking confirmation is contractually binding.

In the event of an obvious display error, in particular a pricing error, we reserve the right to inform you and to offer either a correction or cancellation of your booking at no cost, in accordance with our rental terms and conditions.

Equipment availability

An online booking is for a range of equipment, not for an individually identified model. We reserve the right to supply an equivalent or higher specification model at no additional charge.

We endeavour to keep this website available at all times but cannot guarantee it. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for technical reasons beyond our control. We accept no liability for loss arising from the temporary unavailability of the website.
